The guarantee applies to the website build agreed during kickoff and shown as the core build fee on your Stripe invoice.

Transaction processing fees are excluded from refunds. Separate third-party charges—such as domains, hosting, booking tools, paid software, or other subscriptions—are also not part of the core website build fee.

Optional add-ons or custom work will be identified separately on your agreed scope and invoice. Their terms will be confirmed with you before that work begins.

The guarantee is designed for the review period before launch. Send your request before giving written approval to publish the website. Work requested after approval or launch is treated as new work and may be quoted separately.

Email support@thepetcompany.love with your name, reservation reference, and what still does not feel right. We will review it directly, confirm the request in writing, and return the covered build fee through Stripe.
